What is inRent?
inRent is a rental finance plan that lets you have that home electrical appliance or furniture item now without the big cash outlay and with no deposit. That’s right – you can rent it today and keep your cash to use on something else!
What can I inRent?
As long as the minimum value of rented goods is $250, you can rent a wide range of electrical appliances, office equipment and even furniture. Some of the items you can inRent include:
• Laptop Computers • Fridges & Freezers
• Desktop Computers • Washing Machines & Dryers
• Printers & Scanners • Air-conditioners
• Plasma, LCD & LED TV’s • Dishwashers
• Home Theatre • Digital Cameras • DVD/Blu-ray Players & Recorders
• GPS
You can also include items such as extended warranty and audio visual/computer accessories up to 30% of the value of your inRent agreement.
Who Can inRent?
As long as you are over the age of 18, anyone can apply for inRent. inRent caters for consumers from all walks of life, has no minimum income qualification and welcomes permanent VISA holders and Australian residents alike.
How do I apply to inRent?
inRent applications are completed in store at your local inRent retailer. You will need a valid form of identification (eg: driver’s licence with current address) and proof of income when applying.
Can I apply from home?

How soon can I upgrade?
When you take out a 36 month agreement with inRent you can upgrade in as little as 18 months without penalty.* Simply enter into a new agreement for the latest technology, return the old goods to inRent and your remaining payments are waived. You will never be stuck with old technology again!
What if I want to keep the goods I’m renting?
inRent allows you to apply to buy the goods you are renting at any time. If your offer represents fair market value at that time then inRent will always consider it. Simply call the inRent customer assistance centre on 1800 199 285 to apply to buy at any time!
How long is an inRent agreement?
inRent recommend a 36 month term for maximum flexibility. You can also choose from 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 year terms on most items.
What are the fees?
There are NO application fees and NO ongoing account keeping fees. All you need is your first month’s payment.
How can I pay my account?
Your first monthly payment is due upon application and can be paid by credit card, BPay, money order or cheque. You will then receive a monthly bill which can be paid by direct debit, credit card, BPay, cheque, money order or at your local post office.
Can I add items to my agreement?*
You can add additional items to your inRent agreement at any time. Simply head into your local inRent retailer or contact inRent to arrange.
What happens at the end of the rental term?
inRent provides the following options at the end of the rental term:
• Continue to rent
• Upgrade
• Return the product with no further obligation
• Apply to Buy
