Bonus Retravision Gift Card on selected Floorcare - TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is: Dorsett Retail Pty Ltd; trading as Retravision Online (30 100 205 329) whose registered office is at 59 Forrest Ave South Bunbury WA 6230.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and each of their immediate families) of Retravision, the Promoter, and of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families include any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
The offer commences at 12:00am on 16/01/25 and qualifying purchases must be made before 11:59pm on 19/01/25 (“Promotional Period”). All times in these Terms and Conditions is Australian Western Standard Time (“AWST”), unless stated otherwise.
To be eligible, claimants must purchase, and pay for in full, an eligible product as listed in Annexure A (“Eligible Product”), from Retravision online or in store during the Purchase Period (“Eligible Purchase”) and in one single transaction.

The Retravision gift card will be supplied at checkout upon purchase. In-store customers will be given a physical gift card on completion and successful validation of the transaction. Online Customers will be e-mailed a digital gift card within 5 business days of the competition and successful validation of the transaction. Once the gift card has been sent by the Promoter (or supplier), the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the reward.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and the claimant’s details (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Gift Cards cannot be used as a discount/credit towards the value of the transaction.
If the eligible transaction is cancelled or refunded, any bonus gift cards must also be forfeited, if the bonus gift card has been used, any unused portion of the gift card will be deducted from the final refund due.
Gift cards, or any unused portion of a gift card, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Gift cards are treated like cash. If the claimant's gift card is lost or stolen it will not be re-issued and the value of the gift card will not be refunded.
Gift Cards are to be used for the purchase of goods on Retravision Online or in-store.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including all contact information, are correct and up to date when entering this offer. It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide the Promoter with any updated personal information (that changes after entry submission). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Incomplete or indecipherable transactions will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter, Retravision and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.
