1. Offer is open to residents of Australia.
2. The offer commences on 29 August 2019 and ends on 6 November 2019 inclusive, or until stocks last, or until Dyson elects to end the offer (“Offer Period”). All claims must be received by 5.00pm AEST on 20 November 2019, unless stock is depleted at an earlier date or time, in which
case, Dyson will honour claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until stock is depleted.
3. To be eligible to claim, claimants must have purchased an eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum from a participating retailer during the Offer Period. Eligible Dyson V11™ vacuums are: Dyson V11 Absolute and Dyson V11 Torque Drive vacuum. Offer not available in connection with a Dyson V11™ vacuum redeemed under reward programs. 5. Offer applies to purchases
of eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum at participating retailers. The claimant must complete the official claim form, attach a copy of the receipt and redeem online at discoverdyson.com.au/Dok.
4. Participating retailers are Betta Home Living, Bing Lee, Bi-Rite, Costco, David Jones, Domayne, geddit, The Good Guys, Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne, JB Hi-Fi, Myer, Radio Rentals (stores located in South Australia only), Retravision, RT Edwards.
5. The gift consists of a Dyson V11 Dok™.
6. Dyson reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for
tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Only one claim permitted per purchase.
7. Please allow 60 days for delivery of gift.
8. Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Dyson excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect,
special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Dyson) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Dyson.
