RETRAVISION ‘12 DAYS TIL CHRISTMAS’ PROMOTION - DECEMBER 2025

How to enter and conditions of entry

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in and gaining of any benefit from this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The promoter is Dorsett Brands Pty Ltd, 59 Forrest Avenue Bunbury, WA, 6230, ABN 49 611 407 857, telephone (08) 9722 4175. (“Promoter”).

3. The competition is open to residents of Australia. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and each of their immediate families) of Retravision licensees and retailers (“Retravision”), the Promoter, and the agencies or companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 

4. Entrants under the age of 18 years must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian (before entering the promotion). Further, the parent/guardian of any entrant aged under 18 years must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

5. The promotion commences at 12:00am on 13/12/2025 and final entries close at 12:00pm (i.e. noon) on 24/12/2025 (“Promotional Period”). All times listed in these Terms and Conditions are Australian Western Standard Time (“AWST”), unless stated otherwise.

6. To enter, individuals must complete any of the following steps during the Promotional Period:

1. Purchase any good(s) with a total transaction value of $50.00 or higher from any Retravision retailer in Australia or the Retravision online store (at www.retravision.com.au) (“Eligible Transaction”) between 13/12/25 and 24/12/25 noon; and then

• Complete the following entry methods to receive five (5) entries (“Initial Entry”):

  • Website Entry: visit www.retravision.com.au, click on the promotional banner and follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional online entry form by inputting their full name, valid email address, phone number and postcode, Eligible Retravision Docket Number (transaction details which include the Retravision transaction number, store where the Eligible Transaction was made, value of the Eligible Transaction and date of the Eligible Transaction), and submit the fully completed entry form; if unable to enter online entries can be submitted with the help of staff in-store; OR

2. Purchase any good(s) with a total transaction value less than $50.00 from any Retravision retailer in Australia or the Retravision online store (at www.retravision.com.au) (“Eligible Transaction”) between 13/12/25 and 24/12/25 noon; and then

• Complete the following entry methods to receive two (2) entries (“Initial Entry”):

  • Website Entry: visit www.retravision.com.au, click on the promotional banner and follow the prompts to fully complete the promotional online entry form by inputting their full name, valid email address, phone number and postcode, Eligible Retravision Docket Number (transaction details which includes the Retravision transaction number, store where the Eligible Transaction was made, value of the Eligible Transaction and date of the Eligible Transaction), and submit the fully completed entry form; if unable to enter online entries can be submitted with the help of staff in-store; OR

3. Visit the Retravision online store (at www.retravision.com.au) and elect to opt-in to the Retravision Marketing Database; if unable to opt-in online entries can be submitted with the help of staff in-store; or enter your details in the online entry form if you are an existing subscriber. (“Eligible Subscription”) between 13/12/25 and 24/12/25 noon; and then

• New & Existing Subscribers: Completing the following entry method to receive one (1) entry (“Initial Entry”):

  • Complete the promotional online entry form by inputting their full name, valid email address, phone number, postcode and state, and submitting the fully completed entry form (“Eligible Subscription”).

7. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following:
   (a) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Transaction/receipt (regardless of the number of goods purchased in excess of one (1) in that transaction). Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry instructions. For the avoidance of doubt, once an entrant is drawn as a winner in any Minor Draw (defined below), the receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription specified on their winning entry will no longer be able to be used for any other Minor Draw entries (i.e. that entry will not rollover into any subsequent Minor Draws), and the entrant will need to make another Eligible Transaction / submit another Eligible Subscription if they wish to enter another Minor Draw. However, the entries will still roll over into the Major Draw (defined below). Any receipt number/Eligible Transaction/Eligible Subscription can only be used to enter by one individual (and cannot be used by any other person);
   (b) only one (1) Initial Entry permitted per Eligible Subscription. A valid subscription is limited to one subscription per person and must remain subscribed until draw is complete to be eligible for the corresponding prize .

8. Entrants must retain their original Retravision purchase receipt(s) for all Eligible Transaction entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

9. Entrants must have proof of access to the email address specified on the entry for all Eligible Subscription entries as proof of entry. Failure to produce the proof of access for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to require each entrant to provide the proof that every entry they made was valid before awarding a prize. All winners are provisional until they present the original Retravision purchase receipt/s showing the Eligible Transaction OR until they present proof of access to the email address specified on the entry for all Eligible Subscription entries as proof of entry for every entry made by them.

11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of all entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, contact details and place of residence) and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the case that the Promoter finds evidence of tampering by an entrant in the entry process or the verification process, in addition to declaring any or all entries made by that entrant invalid, the Promoter may in its complete discretion preclude that entrant from participation in any or all future promotions of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

12. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including all contact information, are correct and up to date when entering this promotion. It is each entrant’s responsibility to provide the Promoter with any updated personal information (that changes after entry submission). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.

13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

14. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

15. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter.

16. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

17. The Promoter, Retravision and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries, and reserve the right to take any action that may be available.

18. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

19. Any entry that is made on behalf of an entrant by a third party will be invalid.

How winners will be determined and notified

1. There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each day from 13/12/2025 to 23/12/2025 (each a “Minor Draw”), for a total of eleven (11) Minor Draws. There will also be a major draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries for each Minor Draw open each day at 12:00am and close at 11:59pm on the same day. Non-winning entries in each Minor Draw will be entered into any subsequent Minor Draw(s), and all entries received during the Promotional Period (including the Minor Draw winners) will be entered into the Major Draw.

2. Each Minor Draw will be conducted on the first business day after entries close for the relevant Minor Draw at 9:00am, with the first Minor Draw taking place on 14/12/2025 and the last Minor Draw taking place on 24/12/2025. The Major Draw will take place on 24/12/2025 at 1:00pm. All draws will take place at the Retravision Marketing Office, Suite 4/58 Walcott St, Mount Lawley WA 6050. For the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public holiday in WA. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

3. All prize winners will be notified by phone and email within three (3) business days of the relevant prize draw. Winners' last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Retravision website at https://www.retravision.com.au/12-days-christmas-giveaways-winners within 30 days of the relevant draw. 

4. If any prize(s) remain unclaimed by a provisional winner by 1:00pm on 24/03/2026, each such winner will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw (“Re-Draw”) at 9:00am on 25/03/2026 at Retravision Marketing Office, Suite 4/58 Walcott St, Mount Lawley WA 6050, subject to any direction from the relevant regulatory authorities. Any winner(s) in a Re-Draw will be notified in writing within three (3) business days of the Re-Draw and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on https://www.retravision.com.au/12-days-christmas-giveaways-winners within 30 days of the relevant draw. Any prizes awarded in the Re-Draw will be awarded in descending order of value.

Prizes

1. The total prize pool value of all prizes is $20,000 (RRP).

2. Each Minor Prize Draw will consist of four (4) prize winners, drawn in descending order and awarded to  the first valid entry drawn for each corresponding value outlined below (each a “Minor Prize”):

3. The first valid entry drawn in the Major Draw will win a Retravision Gift Card valued at $9,000  (“Major Prize”):

   • Gift cards, or any unused portion of a gift card, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. 

   • Gift cards are treated like cash. If the claimant's gift card is lost or stolen it will not be re-issued and the value of the gift card will not be refunded. 

   • Gift Cards are to be used for the purchase of goods on Retravision Online or in-store. 

4. Prize collection details will be agreed with the winners after they have been notified of their prize. Each prize will be available for collection by the winner from the prize provider (i.e. the winner’s local Retravision store) during the times agreed between the winner and the Promoter or via email (i.e. e-gift card). In the event that a time cannot be agreed, the Promoter will determine the exact time frame for the collection. The Retravision store will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection. Exact times of collection are subject to reasonable availability.

5. Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at its sole discretion, subject to the approval of the relevant State authorities. Any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The prize value is the recommended retail price including GST (if applicable).

6. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is received by the Promoter’s database. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries not received by the Promoter or delays in the delivery of entry due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

7. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes once those prizes have been collected by a winner.

8. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses (including travel to and from the collection point etc.) become the responsibility of the winner.

9. Subject to the unclaimed prize Re-Draw, if for any reason a winner does not take/collect a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.

10. If any winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.

11. As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. In the event a winner is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf.

General

1. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

2. Entrants consent to the Promoter and Retravision using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter and/or Retravision.

3. Retravision collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the Retravision’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.retravision.com.au/privacy-policy. If the entrant ticks the relevant opt in box in relation to receiving future commercial/marketing communications on the entry page or opts-in during checkout at www.retravision.com.au or at any Retravision retailer in Australia, Retravision may also, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Winners’ names only will be published on the Retravision Facebook web page and Retravision website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any further personal information will not be disclosed to anyone other than contractors who provide services to Retravision for the purposes of conducting this promotion (including but not limited to prize suppliers and agents such as Workhouse Advertising) unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may also be disclosed to State lottery departments. The contact details of the winning entrants may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfillment only and will be destroyed by the third party once the prize has been sent to the winners. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their personal information, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. Retravision will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia. All entries become the property of Retravision.

4. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, or disaster the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments.

5. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

6. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Retravision (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

7. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Retravision (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) collection or use of a prize.

8. The promotion excludes agency brands including but not limited to ASKO, AEG, Falcon, Falmec, Fisher & Paykel (Built-in Refrigeration, Cooking Appliances, Dishwashers & Series 11 Laundry only), SMEG (Agency product only), Gaggenau, La Germania, Liebherr, Miele (Agency product only), Neff and Speed Queen.
